Mocero shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services. Use of the platform does not replace professional medical judgment or regulatory compliance obligations.

8. Termination

Mocero reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or compromise data security.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
